Cancellation Policy

Any Cancellation of registration should be communicated in writing to:-
and will be subject to the following conditions:-

  • Cancellation at least 2 weeks BEFORE - Full Refund. All refund will be processed after the conference / workshop.
  • Cancellation received 1 week ON or BEFORE - Refund of registration fee minus an administrative charge 50% . All refund will be processed after the conference / workshop.
  • Cancellation received less than 1 week - No Refund will be made. Nevertheless, a substitute delegate will be most welcome (kindly refer to the Name Change / Substitution clause below for further information)
  • Name Change / Substitution :-
    All registration are only valid for the respective person mentioned in the Registration Form. A registered delegate unable to attend the conference / workshop may nominate (free of charge) a substitute delegate by notifying in writing to the Secretariat 5 Days before the conference / workshop with complete information as required in the Registration Form.

We reserve the right to change the date(s) or speaker(s) of this course without prior notice. We further reserve the right to cancel the course without liability other than return of the course fee.


Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge;

  • PEPS will make available course documentation, where available, to a delegate who has paid but unable to attend and has no substitute. 
  • PEPS reserves the right to alter the program without any notice including the substitution, alteration or cancellation of speakers and/or topic and/or the alteration of the dates of the event.
  • PEPS is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement or cancellation of an event.
  • In the event of insufficient participation, the organiser reserves the right to cancel the conference / workshop.
