Sr Michael Kong Kok Kee graduated with a B.Sc (Hons) in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 1994 and founded Macreal International Sdn Bhd. He is a Registered Valuer, Estate Agent and Property Manager in Malaysia, a Chartered Surveyor (UK), a Licensed Appraiser (Singapore) and an International Certified Valuation Specialist (US). A Fellow of RISM and member of RICS (UK), he is the Immediate Past President of PEPS and a member of the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers, Malaysia. His expertise spans asset appraisal (real estate, plant & machinery, marine vessels) and business valuation over a 30-year career.

Sr Choy Yue Kwong
Past President, PEPS (2010–2012) · Chartered Surveyor (FRISM, MRICS)
Sr Choy Yue Kwong holds a BSc from the University of Malaya and a Postgraduate Diploma in Land Economy from the University of Aberdeen, UK. A Chartered Surveyor, member of RICS (UK) and Fellow of RISM, he is a Past President of PEPS (2010–2012). He was Managing Director of Rahim & Co (Sel) Sdn Bhd from 1990 to 2015 and is now a Director of Rahim & Co International Sdn Bhd. In 2021 he was conferred the RISM Lifetime Achievement Award.

Sr P. Tangga Peragasam
MD, Jordan Lee & Jaafar · Chairman, RISM Examinations Board
Sr P. Tangga Peragasam began his surveying career in 1972 and is Managing Director of the Jordan Lee & Jaafar group of companies. A Past President and Fellow of both RISM and PEPS Malaysia, and a Fellow of RICS (UK), he is currently Chairman of the RISM Examinations Board. His involvement covers lecturing, examining, business valuation and organising seminars and CPDs.
