Mr Siva Shanker is a Registered Estate Agent and Property Manager (BOVEAP) with more than 40 years of experience. He founded Linear Estates in 2004, later served as Head of Investments at Axis REIT Managers Berhad, and in 2019 joined Rahim & Co International Sdn Bhd as CEO, Real Estate Agency. A former President of the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA, 2013/2015), he received the MIEA Lifetime Achievement Award (2021) and was appointed Adjunct Professor at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (2023).

Sr James K.M. Tan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Property Resource Management (Valuation) from the South Australian Institute of Technology (1987) and a Certified Diploma in Accounting and Finance (ACCA, UK). Associate Director at Raine & Horne Int. Zaki + Partners Sdn Bhd, he is a member of RICS (UK) and RISM and a Registered Valuer with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents & Property Managers, with more than 30 years in the real estate industry.

PMgr Sr Dr Kamalahasan Achu is a Senior Lecturer at UTM and a Fellow of RISM and PEPS. A Registered Valuer, Estate Agent and Property Manager, he is a member of MIPFM and CoreNet Global, and has served on the RISM (Johor Branch) committee since 2014/15, including as Chairman (2019/2020).

He is a Fellow of RICS (UK) and RISM and a Registered Valuer and Estate Agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents of Malaysia.
