About This Programme
Continuing Professional Development programme focused on strengthening the property management Profession for BOVAEP - registered professionals. Earn CPD points toward your annual renewal requirements. Objective: 1. To provide participants with an overview of the key professional standards, regulatory initiatives and compliance requirements currently shaping property management practice. 2. To examine how the property management profession can strengthen professional identity, competency, credibility and public confidence. 3. To provide participants with an overview of proposed amendments to the Strata Management Act 2013 and KPKT's future policy direction for strata management in Malaysia. 4. To promote excellence in asset management through statutory compliance, ESG, strategic stewardship, technology, operational resilience and value preservation. 5.To strengthen awareness of proactive fire-safety management, including current BOMBA requirements relating to Fire Safety Managers (FSM) and Fire Safety Officers (FSO) for designated premises requiring a Fire Certificate. 6. To provide a platform for dialogue between BOVAEP, KPKT, RISM members, senior practitioners and fire-safety specialists on current issues and the future direction of the property management profession.
